Michael Wolfe, RITE Richmond's Candidate for City Council Michael Wolfe is a proud teacher, husband, and fourth generation resident of Richmond B.C. And as such, he is a strong supporter of neighbourhood values. As a public school educator, Michael has been “Mr. Wolfe” for youth at over forty of Richmond’s schools. He now teaches science at McNair Secondary and outdoor education in the Mini School Program.

While living, working and playing in Richmond, Michael attended public school (Tomsett Elementary and Cambie Secondary) then he went on to UBC to complete a B.Sc. in Conservation Biology, B.Ed. in Middle Years Education, and recently he completed graduate studies for a M.Ed. in Education for Sustainability. He currently serves on the board of the Richmond Nature Park Society and the Garden City Conservation Society.
Over a decade ago, Michael committed his life to being the change he wants to see in the world, and improving peoples’ quality of life. He has shared his values as a Green Party candidate for MP and MLA. He has also run for Mayor, School Board Trustee, and City Councillor, and the community has responded with readers of a local paper voting him “Best Person You Would Like to See In Office.”
